Nameko Dowels

Nameko are a delicious mushroom, with a gelatinous coating that are delicious in miso soup. Fruits from a wide variety of hardwoods and softwoods, including cherry, oak, poplar, willow, spruce and pine.

Logs can be partially buried or laid on the ground. Fruiting occurs from Autumn through till Spring.
